What we do

A managed route business. We own, place, stock, service and remotely monitor the machines, and the venue receives a monthly revenue share for providing the floor space and the electricity. Every machine is cashless with card and phone payment, which roughly doubles takings against coin-only units, and telemetry reports plays, revenue, prize inventory and fault alerts, so service visits are scheduled by data rather than by route. Payout ratios are tuned remotely to stay fun and stay legal.
